This Agreement is effective when the Customer is presented with this Agreement and proceeds to use or access the Services (the "Effective Date") or generates, receives, or distributes Assets. We may update this Agreement from time to time, and any updates will be presented to the Customer. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If You do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using or accessing the Services immediately.

While our AI provides high-quality visual outputs, it complements rather than replaces professional staging and photography expertise. Users should exercise their judgment when presenting staged images and ensure proper disclosure that images are virtually staged as required by local real estate regulations.

We are constantly improving the Services to make them better. The Services are subject to modification and change, including but not limited to the analysis methodology of Assets, the algorithms used to generate the Assets, and features available to the Customer. No guarantees are made with respect to the Services' quality, stability, uptime, or reliability. Please do not create any dependencies on any attributes of the Services or the Assets. We will not be liable to You or Your downstream customers for any harm caused by Your dependency on the Service.
Both the Services and the Assets are provided to the Customer on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using or redistributing the Assets and assume any risks associated with the use of the Services.
REVirtualStage reserves the right to suspend or ban Your access to the Services at any time and for any reason. You may not access or use the Services for purposes of developing or offering competitive products or services. You may not reverse engineer the Services or the Assets. You may not use automated tools to access, interact with, or generate Assets through the Services. You may not resell or redistribute the Services or access to the Services. Only one user may use the Services per registered account. Each user of the Services may only have one account.
You may not use the Services to try to violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, patent, or trademark rights. Doing so may subject you to penalties including legal action or a permanent ban from the Services.
We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses, and traffic information.
By accessing the Services, You confirm that You are at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in Your country. If You are old enough to access the Services in Your country, but not old enough to have authority to consent to our terms, Your parent or guardian must agree to our terms on Your behalf.
Please ask Your parent or guardian to review these terms with You. If You are a parent or legal guardian and permit Your teenager to use REVirtualStage, these terms also apply to You, and You are responsible for their activity on the Services.
REVirtualStage is designed to provide professional virtual staging in a responsible manner. However, because the Assets are generated by an AI system based on design algorithms and user inputs, unexpected outcomes may occur. This is an evolving technology, and while we aim for high-quality results, no guarantees are made regarding the design aesthetics or visual quality for Your specific needs. We encourage responsible use of the Services to ensure they align with Your professional requirements and local disclosure regulations.
By using the Services, You may provide REVirtualStage with personal information such as Your email address, user name, billing information, property photos, design preferences, and any images or content that You upload to the Service. Our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle and protect Your information, can be found here.
In the event a dispute, controversy, or claim arises out of or relating to these Terms ("Dispute"), the Dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any Dispute within 30 days after it arises. If the Dispute is not resolved within this timeframe, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association's International Centre for Dispute Resolution in accordance with its Expedited Commercial Rules in force as of the date of this Agreement ("Rules"). The parties will mutually select one arbitrator to oversee the proceedings. The arbitration will be conducted in English and take place in Santa Clara County, California, USA.
By agreeing to mandatory arbitration as described herein, You and REVirtualStage knowingly and irrevocably waive any right to a trial by jury in any action, proceeding, or counterclaim. However, either party retains the right to apply to a competent court for injunctive relief necessary to protect its rights pending the resolution of arbitration. The arbitrator may grant equitable or injunctive relief consistent with the remedies and limitations set forth in this Agreement. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and the award may be enforced in any court with jurisdiction over the parties or their assets.
Each party will bear its own legal and expert fees and expenses, regardless of the arbitrator's final decision regarding the Dispute. This Agreement and any Dispute arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
We may invoice You for Your use of the Services through a third-party payment service provider, including but not limited to Stripe. The terms of service of the third-party payment provider shall govern and supersede this Agreement in the event of a conflict, but only with respect to payment processing. By using the Services, You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize REVirtualStage or its payment service providers, such as Stripe, to charge the applicable fees to the payment method You provide.
You may cancel Your subscription plan at any time through the account management section of the Site. Upon cancellation, Your access to the Services will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of the subscription period; however, You will not incur any additional charges after the subscription period ends. Please note that failure to adhere to our Community Guidelines or engaging in inappropriate use of the Services constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in the termination of Your access to REVirtualStage without a refund. No refunds will be provided for any Services that have already been used.
We reserve the right to change our prices, subscription plans, and offerings at any time without prior notice. It is Your responsibility to review the applicable fees and terms before purchasing or renewing any subscription. REVirtualStage is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment services, including delays, errors, or unauthorized transactions. It is Your responsibility to resolve such matters directly with the payment provider, including Stripe. If payment is not successfully processed due to insufficient funds, expired payment methods, or other reasons, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Services until all outstanding fees are resolved.
We provide the Services on an "as is" basis, and we make no promises or guarantees about their reliability, suitability, or availability.
You understand and agree that REVirtualStage will not be liable to You or any third party for any loss of profits, use, goodwill, or data, or for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, however they arise. This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Services, reliance on any information obtained from us, or errors, defects, or interruptions in the Services. Our aggregate liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amount You paid for the Services that gave rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.
You are solely responsible for Your use of the Services. If You cause harm to someone else or become involved in a dispute with a third party due to Your use of the Services or Assets, REVirtualStage will not intervene or be held liable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You agree to indemnify and hold REVirtualStage, its affiliates, and its personnel harmless from and against any costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to third-party claims resulting from:

You own all Assets You create with the Services to the fullest extent possible under applicable law. However, the following exceptions apply:

Inputs, Assets, and other content You provide to the Services—including but not limited to property photos, uploaded images, and staged outputs shared through uploads or other interactions—are collectively referred to as "Content." You are solely responsible for ensuring that all Content You provide complies with applicable laws and this Agreement, and that You have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share such Content.
Rights You Grant to REVirtualStage By using the Services, You grant REVirtualStage, its affiliates, successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the Content You input into the Services, as well as any Assets produced by You through the Services. This license allows us to improve and promote our Services and persists even after the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
This license does not affect Your ownership rights over the Content and Assets You create but ensures that REVirtualStage can operate effectively and continuously improve the Services for all users.
REVirtualStage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update or replace these Terms of Use, or to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service—including but not limited to specific functionalities, databases, or content—at any time without prior notice. Such changes may be communicated through announcements on the REVirtualStage website, within the Service, or via email. Additionally, REVirtualStage retains the authority to impose limitations on certain features or services, or to restrict access to portions of or the entire Service, without prior notification or liability.
It is Your responsibility to regularly review these Terms of Use for any updates or amendments. By continuing to use the Service after changes have been made and posted, You acknowledge and accept those changes. If You do not agree to the revised Terms, You must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
All logos, marks, and symbols associated with REVirtualStage are either trademarks or registered trademarks belonging to REVirtualStage. Any other trademarks referenced on this website are owned by their respective holders. You are not permitted to use the trademarks and logos shown on this website without the prior written permission from either REVirtualStage or the trademark owners. Certain parts, features, and functionalities of REVirtualStage's products may be safeguarded by patent applications or patents held by REVirtualStage.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the conditions herein, and any limitations applicable to REVirtualStage or by law: (i) you are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and freely revocable license to access and use the Service for business or personal purposes; (ii) you retain ownership of all Assets you create using the Services; and (iii) REVirtualStage assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in and to such Assets for your personal or commercial use. REVirtualStage reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms of Use. Each user must maintain a unique account, and you are solely responsible for any activity conducted under your account. A breach or violation of any of our Terms of Use may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your right to use the Service without prior notice.
By using the Services, you grant REVirtualStage, its successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and/or distribute property photos, staged images, or Assets you input or generate through the Services. This license enables REVirtualStage to make the Assets available generally and use such Assets as necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and enhance the Services, comply with applicable laws, and enforce our policies.
This license is provided without additional compensation to you, as your use of the Services constitutes sufficient consideration for the rights granted herein. Additionally, you grant other users of the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access and use your publicly available Assets through the Service, including reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, and performing them, but only as enabled by features of the Service. The license to REVirtualStage and its users survives the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
You acknowledge and agree that any misuse of the Service, including but not limited to actions that infringe on intellectual property rights or violate these Terms, may result in legal action, the suspension of your account, or the termination of this license agreement. If you have questions regarding the intellectual property rights of Assets created using REVirtualStage, we recommend consulting with a legal professional to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
REVirtualStage may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms of Use, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. Further, either party may terminate the Services for any reason and at any time upon written notice. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions on the Service. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable. Upon any termination, all rights and licenses granted to you in this Agreement shall immediately terminate, but all provisions hereof which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless REVirtualStage, its affiliates and each of its, and its affiliates employees, contractors, directors, suppliers and representatives from all liabilities, losses, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from or relate to (i) your use or misuse of, or access to, the Service, or (ii) your violation of the Terms of Use or any applicable law, contract, policy, regulation or other obligation. REVirtualStage reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with REVirtualStage in connection therewith.
IMPORTANT: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Once any AI-powered processing or image generation has commenced—including virtual staging, video generation, or content creation—no refunds will be issued.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. However, in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE FEES YOU PAY REFLECT THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK AND THAT REVirtualStage WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.
